  • Drivers delivering smaller items are to place the goods including paperwork in designated area as directed by goods  in staff, maintaining social distancing by stepping back once completed
  • Electronic signature is preferred and a name will be given for driver to sign themselves
  • Paperwork will be completed by goods in staff (if required) as normal and replaced in the designated area where they will step back for driver to collect.

  • For larger items gates will be opened and driver should stay in cab during offloading once they have opened up their delivery ready
  • Electronic signature is preferred and a name will be given for driver to sign themselves
  • Paperwork will be completed by goods in staff but should be placed where directed and driver to step back to allow goods in staff to sign as normal and will be returned to the  designated area where they will step back for driver to collect
