Inspection-led quality
All coating works are checked by an ICORR-qualified inspector, with inspections carried out at each stage of the process. This ensures coating thickness, preparation standards and final finish meet project requirements and recognised industry standards.
Inspection reports can be provided where required to support quality records and technical files.
Integrated with fabrication and assembly
With painting carried out in-house, we remove the need for subcontracted finishing and reduce handling risk. Components can move directly from fabrication to coating, improving lead times and protecting quality throughout the build process.
